@Basiate. Sile's correct. Happened to me once - you need to call your ISP and ask them to re-route you back thru your own state. In my case, it lasted about 2 weeks. :(
right way to go. the assignment of new/changed IP addresses through one's ISP sometimes needs adjustment. The ISP usually can help
@Basiate is your ISP coming via a state that don't allow card games or something like that? I've heard that before on here, not a lot of help to you sorry :(
